Graphic Tablets - Need help choosing one.

Ok I'm looking to get a tablet for my computer so I can use with photoshop and other programs that I have. This way I can do some better designing and such for images easier. I'm not the biggest graphic artist person but I do want to improve my ease of creating the graphics for my site and others with one of these. I have never used one yet so I'm really unfamiliar with tablets in general.

I need one that comes with all the required software to run it. I'm seeing that there are a ton of them out there that don't come with all the required software. I think it's pointless to buy one thing then have to turn around and buy another.

I run:
adobe photoshop V8 CS2 (as my main graphics program)
Corel draw 9.439 (for the laser engraver)
photograve 2.1 (also for the laser table)

Problems:
I've seen a lot that don't come with all software needed (adobe element 3-don't know if it's a free download)
mouse- the all come with a damn mouse (I like my trackball and don't care to buy another mouse)
price (the ones that come with the right software and are decent sized come with a large price as well)
I don't know what brands are good to get

PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE RIGHT ONE FOR ME!

Ones i'm looking at so far (they seem to have all the software):
$39.99 (the only one without a mouse!)
Brand Genius
Model G-PEN 340
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823102004

$78.99
Brand: Genius
Model: MousePen 8x6
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883101103

$125.99
Brand: Genius
Model: PenSketch 6x8
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883101105

$169.99
Brand: Genius
Model: PenSketch 9x12
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883101106

The only reason I seem to be choosing the Genius brand ones is because they come with all the software that is needed to use them.

Thanks in advance to all those that can help out with this subject.

I think Sketchi uses one all the time. Perhaps a PM to him might be in order.

updated the software that I will be using this for. But the main one is photoshop, the other ones aren't all that important.

Well, Wacom is definitely the way to go. They can get a bit pricey, but you can probably find a good deal on eBay.

The Graphire 4x5 is your cheapest option, but it is quite small and will be a little harder to use, especially if you have a large monitor.

The one I suggest you get is the Intuos 6x8. It is a decent size and will work well with Photoshop or whatever else you need it for.

If you have a lot of money to spend, there really is no place to look other than the Cintiq 21UX. It's a huge, beautiful tablet made specifically for artists.

holly crap man, those things are way too damn expensive! the cheapest I could find the 6x8 one was like 269. I can't be spending that much! I was hoping to not spend more than 150.

Sorry to be a lack of help, but I also wanted to chime in and recommend the Wacoms. I don't know if you're interested, but I've got a used Wacom Graphire I picked up for $120, only to end up with a 6x8 as a Christmas gift shortly after. I'd be happy to let go of the 4x5 for around $60 or so. PM me if you're interested.

nah man the 4x5 is a bit on the small size, i think i will be getting one of the Genius tablets here pretty soon.

Wacoms are just to expensive to get what I am looking for.

Fair enough. Let me know how well it works. I've always used Wacoms based on the name really, but they definitely live up to the hype. If a Genius works as well without the price tag, then more power to 'em.
