html on top of flash?

| html on top of flash? Is it possible to put html on top of flash? I've tried everything I can think of, but just can't actually get what I want. The flash.swf file is taking precident over the html/php/text, whereas I want it the otherway around. I've tried changing the z-index, but doesn't help. Again, I want the html on top of the flash on the actual webpage rather than having the html embebbed into the flash. Make sense?  | ||||
