Header layout

Anyone layout their header with CSS with divs as opposed to tables? Any examples out there? Or does everyone mostly do layout with tables?

I haven't intentionally used tables for any non-tabular data in years.

CSS can be a pain, but once you get familiar with it it's a LOT easier than managing rowspans and colspan tags all over the place.

Hadn't occurred to me, but that's a good point. I just read the question to ask whether or not I used CSS or tables for positioning, and answered accordingly. Not sure what level of specificity they're asking about tho.
