I'm using a fluid style skin right now, I think. I just don't know if I should go dark or stay light. What do you think?  | ||||

Join Date: Oct 2005 Posts: 652 | Go with light, but for future reference, your's is way too light. Keep the text black/[very] dark gray. I'd say have a base of whites and silvers, complemented by another, stronger color, the best are usually green or blue. | ||||

| the text needs to be darker on the skin you have right now, its just a tad hard to read. For a directory forum, i would go with a light skin but not to light. and just like to say, with your banner you might want to put the center tags around the banner code so its...center.  | ||||

| Generally, it's safe to have a lighter skin. Depending on what your comunity wants, you may consider switching to dark later though | ||||
