Photoshop to Dreamweaver...

I have designed a web design on photoshop but now i have to code it onto Dreamweaver, but can any of you recommend me any sites of where i can learn on how i can code the design from photoshop to dreamweaver?

It sounds like you're new to coding, so I'd recommend you start with the basics: HTML and CSS.

I always slice mine in FireworksCS3 then export the images and html

You just have to make sure that the page is optimized. you have to consider the dial-up users.

The best way to do it is with xhtml/css, the web standards now. Not slicing and using tables.

htmldog.com is a good place to learn.

w3 Schools has a lot of coding languages.

W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

Thats how I learned some HTML.

Open them in Fireworks and slice them to html, Fireworks is the easiest and best for this.

You don't even need to know much of the code to make a website in dreamweaver IMO, but having a good idea sure helps. Just make the graphics, if in fireworks export them so there smaller in size, the insert the images in the tables or cells where you want them. Theres more to it then that, but its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
