| coding issues - html alright I am having a serious coding issue, I think i'm missing something key here but I can't seem to locate it. This is for a simple template for my business that I have on the site (laser Engraving). I made a table, and that table has 2 columns, with the top row stretching across both columns. that was simple, but I'm having a hard as hell time getting IE to recognize that I have specified the left column to be only 169 pixels wide and the right 731. what the hell am I doing wrong that this just does not want to work for me? I am posting the code, if someone could look at it and find the error or tell me what other codes i need to be using i'd really aprreciate it! | Rambone, if all else fail, I would cheat. Get a clear.gif and place it inside the first cell of the colum that you want a specific width. Then place the width dimention as a parameter. For example: <img src="clear.gif" width="169" alt="" />
