On my widescreen (1680x1050) the banner doesn't look very good because its so much shorter than the rest of the layout. To fix that you could make a repeating banner or just make it a fixed layout. I'm also not really a fan of the same color grey used on all the columns, I like it when they alternate. But overall its a nice clean layout.
