You can do it with CSS but javascript is quicker and easier IMO.

P.S. I agree with the above... nav bar AND logo looks great but the reflection seems out of place.

Haven't got the files to hand because my old PC broke down. So I need to find something to transfer the files from the HDD to this laptop. It's no big deal, I can always design something similar and try coding it with Javascript.

I don't like it all that much, instead of using rollovers you could just design buttons for your links and reflect the text on the button. Imo that would look much better.

The buton would have to be pretty big to accomodate the reflection. IMO just the navigation would be good, especially if done in Flash with animations. Might give that a try sometime.
