Navigation bar

I'd like an opinion on the navigation bar and its reflection please. I've made it so that one of the rollover highlights shows up so you can see what it looks like.

So what do you think of it?

I like the navigation bar, but the reflection ruins it.

I like it, and I think the rollover looks good - I don't like the reflection though. It just isn't fitting for a navigation bar.

I agree, trash the reflection, but overall it looks nice.

Thanks for the opinion guys. I'm just wondering how would I do the rollover effect coding? Is it done with javascript? I'm more of a graphics person so coding can be a bit of a struggle for me. It's going to be a part of a free style so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I remember doing a rollover a long time ago and I did it with Javascript. I don't know if theres any different/newer ways or not.

I don't personally use a rollover at my forum, but if I were to, I would split each image and use Javascript to replace them on rollovers. The code itself is really simple, a quick Google search will give you a tutorial.
