I've been studying image mapping these last few weeks. I've checked it out in the past but have been dying to try it, so I did. I always pictured communities actually looking like communities - you know, a town, a village, a city, futuristic fort, whatever turned you on or helped create the atmosphere you wanted to radiate. I decided to go to try it with one of my sites and just said what the heck, make it the homepage, be different, take a chance. I haven't learned how to do java scripting for fancy effects, and need to study all the pros and cons more, but I went with the conservative standard deal just for now. Getting my feet wet, trying to pool my related skills and vision into things more. Check it out, let me know what you think:

I have a medieval village one I am almost done doing. I will make it a choice in preferences after I finish it up this week.
