| It's nice, but I think you should get some more color in the background. Maybe cut it in half, leave the logo on the white background and add color to the right side of the banner. It looks nice, but the all white makes it feel empty.

| I think it's quite eyecatching as it is plus it'll fit nicely on any color sceme with a white background. I would move the text slightly to the right though so there is roughly the same gap on the left and right. Right gap is currently much bigger than the left one.
