One of my members can't see any graphics! Please help!
She just joined a couple of days ago and hasn't been able to see any graphics or pictures, so I had her do the normal...deleting cookings, clearing browser cache, etc and still nothing is helping! She even tried using a different browser all together and nothing.

Can anyone help with this? I just don't know what else to do to help her and I would hate to lose a member over this

I still can't see any kind of graphics. It seems that I can see the pictures that people put up, but i can't see any that are hosted by MPC. I emptied the cookies, emptied the flies, on and off the computer, as your staff member suggested, and I was also told to try to use a different browser, so I tried netscape, and that didn't have the white box, with the red x in it, but I didn't have ANY graphics, AT ALL! So where people inserted smilies instead of words, it was just blank. I didn't even see the smilie box.


I'd LOVE to be able to check out your site fully. I'm hoping someone has some way to fix it!!

If she's using Opera, and maybe Netscape as the same feature, there's an option to turn off images, use cached or reload them every time. First one is the option and the second one is how it looks like without any images.
