Title: Apprentice Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 277 Location: Crownsville, MD ![]() ![]() ![]() | VBSEO Who's using VBSEO? I'm looking at building a similar package for SMF, and I need to know the feature set of VBSEO to compare against. What exactly does it do, and if you know, how does it do it? Example, I know that it rebuilds the URLS from site.com/vb/forumdisplay?s=6 to site.com/vb/f6. Presumably, it does that with .htaccess tweaks and mod_rewrite, along with a modification to the codebase to make links display by titlename. I don't want to get a copy of vBulletin and VBSEO so as to maintain my 'cleanroom' mentality, but any help would be appreciated. Honestly, I doubt they'd have a problem with it as they seem focused on VB and not at all interested in SMF. | ||||
