I get a 1 if we leave the ? on the end of the URL like you posted, but get a 3 when I remove it.

Mine is torn between 1 & 3.
After a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) it showed as 1, after clearing all cache and cookies, it was a 3.

it happend to me all the time with my forum -thoma-, i used to have a PR checker on the sidebar and it used to come with all different numbers. i got rid of it as i thought it was faulty.
