How to get Alexia backlinks?

Well for some reason i only have 1 backlink on Alexia and its at a completely random site. Is it just "luck" that you get more backlinks on Alexia.?

I don't think there is any luck involved.. How many backlinks do you have according to google?

on google i have 126
on alexa i only have 1
