What are the common problems arrive during optimization of the website with Search engines?

I think the most common problem comes when people don't take full advantage of what they have before them. And I also have noticed a ton of sites that have domain names that have nothing to do with the site. You should at the least have your main keyword in your domain name. But there is no real how to when it comes to SEO. The engines constantly change their algorithms. Just do all the known things and provide good quality content. That's the best SEO you can do.

its simple. you have to learn how to optimize each page.

Put Unique title, meta description and meta keywords on each page of your websites.

A combination of not doing on page optimization, but also not being able to get the pages into the index.

i think the best way your site will be index is to create sitemap. after create a sitemap in google sitemap website they need to verify that link must be on your index page. I think you have to follow on their guides. Google Sitemap is a user friendly and I know you can do it in your own.

Be sure your website on a search results page will not be duplicate title, solution? each page must be unique title.

The use of sitemaps, your website sub-pages would be indexed in search results or SERP's.
