How much do you think AdobeBabble.com would be worth if it came with a developed website and forums with traffic?

It would depend on how you developed it, but I think that if you rank well enough on Google for "adobe forums" you could probably have it at around low-mid $xxx within a few months.

I don't think so, not for "adobe forums" because adobe.com dominates the listings on the first page. Perhaps if people searched for "adobe tutorials" or "adobe video tutorials," or searched for the major Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Flash, etc? I'm planning on creating video tutorials covering these kinds of programs for the website as well as the rest of what I briefly listed... do you think podcasting would help to improve the ranking? I've just had a thought, if I allowed others to link to their tutorials (like Good-Tutorials / Photoshop Tutorials + Flash Tutorials does), would that improve the page rank? I don't know much about how page ranking works yet. Does page rank have any effect on the value of the website?

Now i know this may seem like advertising but my Tutorial site is very similar to Good tutorials and my pr is 4. I get heaps of traffic by tutorials that are good. Such as i got a spurt of traffic when the new Pirates of the Carribean came out because i have a Jack Sparrow Signature tutorial. This all helps get traffic and higher pr.

I'm just thinking about what I can do to make it stand out from the hundreds of other tutorial sites out there. I'll be looking to do this project within the next couple of months or so (depending on my workload).

I'm sure I'll come up with something special... lol.
