Click on the domain you want to transfer, click on Account Change, put in the details then hit OK. That's it. You also don't have to put in real details, just make sure the email address is correct and godaddy takes care of the rest.

You can put in all fake info and as long as the email address is correct it will transfer properly. It's up to you, I usually just do it the lazy way and put in fake info unless the buyer specifies their details.

I don't understand the need for this, it just complicates things by forcing a buyer to give up his personal information to a seller that he may know nothing about. Kind of scary if anything.

You can put in all fake info except the email address and the domain goes to the right person, but why give fake info? In most business transactions it's common to give out at least a little bit of personal info. When you use a credit card online you always have to give your address and the details listed above. I think most of the people scared to give out their personal info are usually minors scared of God knows what (maybe their parents finding out). If you can't give out the most basic of info, you might have to look into P.O. Boxes, mailbox services and stuff like that. Pretty much everything requires some kind of personal info.
