wtf godaddy?

Alright, so i've purchased a domain before using godaddy, and I know my account, but now I try to login and it says my account doesn't even exist! What is going on? I'm pretty sure that was my account ID. Do they have an email address I can send my problem to?

This is the only Email support section I found:
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/suppo...5Fhdr=&ci=1532

You could try the abuse@godaddy.com -- say you think someone deleted your account or something?

Yeah, give them a call. They don't put you on hold for hours like so many other companies do. They got to me pretty quick with my issues.

My advice would be to go to another domain site.

Ones I suggest and use: domainsite.com and namecheap.com

Is that a coupon code?

I always use savenow and get 10% of the regular priced items.
