| A domain i want, should i just buy it? Ok i need a bit of advice please, there is a specific domain i want, for a site im not sure im going to create as im still in the early days of my new site. I really want it, but its owned by what seems to be a site that holds domains and sells them for a higher price. Its $19.99 but its a good domain, should i just buy it? even if i don't end up making the site? Or should i just search other names that are vacant?  | ||||

If you want to PM me (I can appreciate you won't want to post it), I'd be more than happy to let you know what I think and rest assured I won't pinch the domain from you!  I may even be able to help you with some alternatives still unregistered, you never know.

| Add a hyphen or a different suffix. It's a good way around this kind of thing. They want $100 (because they know you have been watching it probably) so look for clan-fusion.com or similar. I just found clan-fusion.net. I could buy it now for $10.00 (1 year) or £7.50 (2 year) but I'm really not that mean. | |
