Could be, but in general, pages don't load slower than 3 seconds for me usually.

At once time, we were using quite a few different hosts, including but not limited to:

Site5
WireNine
ASmallOrange
and a few others

We've since settled with WireNine currently. Uploads are a bit slow now and then, which is a tad annoying considering 99% of the activity is uploads or posting, though it's few and few between.
