This is the answer I got. Any comments? At this point I just don't get it.

One thing, try putting a html page, ans see how quickly it loads.

Yup, it loaded completely after about 70 seconds (signs of website loading at 64 seconds).

That is ridiculous...tell them that you have asked multiple people to check their loading times also and 10+ people from all over the world are having the same problem.

I would get a new host if they continue to deny this...putting off the blame onto somebody else is not good.

I did, however, want to mention that your site loaded quickly for me just now...took less than 2 seconds to load.

Hmm, that is odd, after Ryan said it was quick for him I tried and it only took 4 seconds for me. Still its not good that your hosting placed blame elsewhere when it was clearly their fault for the slowdown.
