Recomend me a host...

The support operators claim that they have closed but they played that joke on my before and there were no warnings at all. Most annoying thing about this is that my site was a success getting around 100 - 200 unique guests a day. I will not have to sort out advertising and everything again. Could someone recommend me a host with the following features:
I do not have a domain just yet so it would be great if it didn't force you to get a domain when registering.

I have found another one now, converting into GBP it will only cost £60 for the 2 year package and comes with a free domain. I have checked over it and everything seems legit, I even tested the the support number and it works perfectly.
