Redirection
This probably isnt the right spot so sorry if it isn't

Im wondering how i would redirect people from my root dir. to /forums i think AF had this before the front page and it was pretty fast right now I'm using a javascript thing i got off some website but its kinda slow (and no there isn't a delay thing in it) so if you know a fast way i would appreciate it if you told me

What hosting control panel do you use (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)? If you use cPanel, then you can create a redirect by doing the following:

1.) In cPanel, find the icon that says, "Redirects".
2.) You will see two URL's, both with entry boxes. Enter the correct file paths, and set the redirect to either Temporary or Permanent. You can remove the redirect at anytime.
