| I was contacted through Go Daddy Domain Buy services. They offered $250 for it. I emailed them letting them know that the site was a key component to my network of sites and that time and development was in excess of $1,000. Went through escrow for the purchase. Not a public auction. It was on TDNAM.com for the buyer to purchase though. | ||||

If so, that makes a big difference then...The domain by itself is not worth much, but with a custom written dating script and/or traffic, it is worth much more. I was under the assumption that we were just talking about a domain here, and nothing more.

| Well the dating script was free and hasn't beel looked at in a few months. There was no deal for them to keep the current system. Just transfer of the domain. | ||||

| I'm not sure what those sources are... here's a screen shot of the transaction in the escrow account area. I edited out the buyers information for obvious reasons. I think they had already registered the .net domain and really must have had marketing for it already done or something. | ||||
