Ok, here is what is happening...

There is only one ISP that it hasn't updated yet it's dns records. I've contacted them and they said it's gonna be fixed ASAP.

Of course I've missed something...

When I set redirection from old server to newserverIP/~user/index.php, people are coming and seeing my home page but then, when they click on the link www.mysite.com/whatever.php they are going back to the old server because my domain is part of the URL of course

Anyway, I created a new homepage to the old site, informing those visitors that they seeing this message because of their ISP, hoping they will fix the prob soon.

Thank you all for answering

Hopefully the ISP moves there but and update there DNS and update it daily like most ISP's should do. Keep us informed of the outcome because if you still have problems we will have to call Ryan in or something

Sorry for the double post, but i thought you may have already seen my old topic. Ask your members to try this out.

How to Flush DNS in Microsoft Windows

In Microsoft Windows, you can use the command ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS resolver cache:

Open Command Prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns

If successful the message below will appear
Windows IP Configuration

Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

You can also use the command ipconfig /displaydns to view the DNS resolver cache.

Well, last Thursday that ISP gave me new dns and I asked my members to change them locally on their computers. This worked fine. The last 2-3 days though, seems that they have fixed the problem, whatever it was, because all visitors using that ISP are coming to my site with no problems.
