I highly recommend them. I know enough about my server to hack into it and do what I need to do most times but as far as updating software, performing security, and things like that...I can easily break stuff and I don't want to break any live websites. They handle all of the regular maintenance as well as if things go wrong. I've been with them for a year now and i know $50/month may be a lot for some, but anytime I put in a ticket, i receive a response almost immediately, no matter what time of day. | I'm with site ground been with them 9months had downtime once for a few hours but nothing since,support is great although there isnt a support section for everything,they did change me over to a new server as the one i was on was really slow so they upgraded it the only thing is you can only have one domain like so you cant have 4 domains bought off them and use all 1 as mian and 3 as redirects | ||||
