Actually there is a way.
I use MySQLDumper for this sort of thing. You can use it to back up your DB into multi-part archives and then use it to import the mutli-part backup to your new host. It's a PHP script and works very neatly.

Using MySQL Dump would take forever for 200mb. Use SSH.
