| that should not happen - honestly - the hacker probably just uploaded a changed index file through some security hole in your forum. try logging in through godaddy's ftp access through their site (in your control panel with them) if your normal ftp will not work. | |

| My guess is that you used some simple password they guessed. Is that possible? In any event you need to call godaddy support and get the account fixed. There is other ways to validate the owner of the account than just your email address. I'm sure you used a credit card or the like to pay. They have used the last credit card I used to validate me before.

| I am in the host CP of the vBulletin forum and there are no files here... Not sure if my password was easy to guess, but it was used for GoDaddy and the FTP I'm going to call up again once I find some of my info I printed out in the past
