I actually did get the e-mail, so I guess the hacker changed my e-mail after. But would getting an e-mail about it even matter?

This probably wont help, but it may do a little.

The NameServers point to *.HU-DNS.COM

This is the HU-DNS.COM whois lookup:

You could try contacting the owner, either by email, phone or mail. I don't know what it would accomplish but it might help.

I feel really sorry for you, but if nothing works, then the begging might begin

Have you contacted the hacker yet?

No, I haven't

I'm going to call GoDaddy back again soon and give them more info that I actually found to maybe prove I'm the account owner

Then if that works I'll change the DNS back and hope my sites come back

If not I may e-mail him but I won't beg, I'll spice it up a little bit

I JUST got off the phone with GoDaddy with my Ping info and whatnot this time and I got my account back!!!

Username and password change to some crazy unhackable stuff I'm so happy!!!
