Also it would be worth more if it was developed and had traffic.

Personally I'am always wondering, why spent so much money on these domains, when you can relative easily find similar free non-used domain names which will cost you just regular registration price!

Maybe because the domain he wants is already taken? It's harder to get good domains now that most of them have been snapped up. I (and I'm sure others have too) have to get creative when I want a good domain for cheap.

For example - Prismatic Cognizance or Celeb Critique etc.

lol its their domain, if you wanted it so badly you would pay and they know that.

I once enquired about a domain petrolheads.com and the owners wanted £250k for it and the domain only redirects to the actual site with is pistonheads.

So, i mean if they have it they can charge what they like for it
