Just wondered how much do you think celebcritique.com would fetch if I were to sell it (undeveloped)?

Probably worth asking that question at a domain name forum like DomainState.com or NamePros.com.

Of course, there is free appraisals from Estibot.com, but I would not rely on it completely..........

Well actually I had a free appraisal at SwiftAppraisals.com which showed an estimated value of £12,800-19,200 but I just wondered whether people would pay something in that range.

Its a good domain but it would fetch more than 5-8k

Well I've put it up for sale on Sedo.co.uk for £5500.

I may be wrong but I would say you are over estimating the value of this domain.

Perhaps, but perhaps not. The price you can get for something depends on who is bidding/purchasing on the day. If you're with a bunch of bidders desperately wanting it, you can easily see your items cost go through the roof, but on otherdays remain the same.

The true value of the domain is basically what someone is willing to pay for it.

That said, I didn't base it completely on SwiftAppriasal's figure. That figure is a ballpark figure. But, at the end of the day, that's the price I'm asking for (£5k plus 10% if my math is correct), but buyers are free to put an offer in. I'm open to negotiations, which is why I didn't set a minimum offer price.

It's a domain with potential so someone might see the potential and put an offer in. I'm not expecting to get £5k for the domain, but it might be worth that to someone else. You never know! It's not like I'm in a rush to sell the domain. If it hasn't sold by the time I finish working on my current projects then I may develop the domain and then put it all up for sale.

I think the domain has plenty of potential; I mean, judging by how popular all this celebrity dirt is in the tabloids, on the Internet, a much more accessible media ... people would flock to that kind of thing. You'll probably make a fair bit of money .
