If you have derived your valuation through an appraisal from SwiftAppraisals.com please read these three threads about this automated appraisal service automatic appraisals - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars and NamePros.Com - bloggerscript.com and Too many domains to list, need appraisals [Archive] - DiscussNames based on these threads this domains may be worth as little as $60 - $200, undeveloped.

| Title: Apprentice Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 174 Location: Cornwall, UK ![]() | The true value of the domain is basically what someone is willing to pay for it. That said, I didn't base it completely on SwiftAppriasal's figure. That figure is a ballpark figure. But, at the end of the day, that's the price I'm asking for (£5k plus 10% if my math is correct), but buyers are free to put an offer in. I'm open to negotiations, which is why I didn't set a minimum offer price. It's a domain with potential so someone might see the potential and put an offer in. I'm not expecting to get £5k for the domain, but it might be worth that to someone else. You never know! It's not like I'm in a rush to sell the domain. If it hasn't sold by the time I finish working on my current projects then I may develop the domain and then put it all up for sale.
