Customer service at site5 just plain sucks, no phone support of any kind and email tickets after 5pm get to wait until some one comes in and gets around to reading it the next day.

BB is been hosted for the past 3months and i would see downtime of total not more then 10min...

and their support is fine and had very quick reply to me...
