I was wondering how do i make or get my own hosting company...do i need special equipment ect...tell me all details please

Your Own Hosting Company?

I am not really sure but to start off with you can get a reseller's account from an existing hosting company and then make your own packages and sell them!

You'll need a phat pipe to start with I mean, rent an industrial class internet connection, next, you'll need to rent a good local where you can establish your datacenter or NOC as they are used to say now. Buy your equipment, buy your software or if you´re dedicating to be a linux shop then get your licenses sorted out since I believe that you´ll be needing them someday. Next you´ll have to make sure you´re following industry and security standards while getting your NOC up and running, so you´ll probably have to make extra investiments that weren´t tought out in the first place. Once you´re up, get some of your own sites up and running, make some promotion of your sites and in your sites make some promotion for your hosting, invest some more money in online and offline publicity, and wait and hope for the best for your new business venture.

Or you can get a reseller account with your preferred hosting company.

Not to mention that most hosts also sell domains. There is a $2500 application fee, which isn't refundable even if rejected. And the forum is very complex and long, and I believe requires you to have either inc. or co. status.

If you are serious about this then as mentioned, you should start with reselling other hosting solutions...

That is unless you have serious capital to invest... If so PM me and I'll give you some serious starting advice...
