My advice to you would be the same as n1ck's...Take a little time off. We all need breaks from time to time, as there's just no way to go at this full steam all of the time. Take a week off, and then come back to your sites...that should help substantially. If you need to, take a few days (or a week) off each month.

If that isn't enough, then you probably need to get rid of a few projects...but I wouldn't drop all of them. If you do this, you will probably soon realize that you do miss them and you do want to work on them.

i am in the same boat as you -thoma-. GGF just went down straight hill when we got hacked over and over again and i have'nt got time to be mucking around with it atm. I am at school to, i think some time off the net would be of help. i just went on a weeks holiday and got back yesterday and i feel better and refreshed.

First, try and sell some of your sites and forums.

Along time ago in a far away place, I took the same advice. I took about 4-5 days and came back totally ready and my forum took off, in my terms, I got 50 new members in a 2 month period. Just by not visiting the forum every hour, second. It did wonders and I would suggest it to anyone feeling the same.

We do all go through it, Hang in there.

I think I have to agree with the people here. Take a small break first and then see how you feel about it. If you don't want to come back, then look for someone to take care of it or sell. Forum admining can be very tough sometimes, I know this, but still it should be something you enjoy. When yuo don't enjoy anymore, then just move on

Some people are meant to never give up, some aren't. If you're not interested in continuing your forums, there's no question, quit.

If you won't run your forums for fun, there's absolutely no point. Don't feel bad about it.

I think you should do what's suggest, but don't do the photography one, if you do want, (if), I would like to help on it, cause I'm getting really into photography, and graphics. Just take a break, drop a one or two projects(I would suggest websites), becuase if you really think about it, their harder to maintain, with up to date content. It's really all up to you though.
