Take a big long break. Seriously, lock your keyboard in someone elses house in a safe, and take a week out. Make sure any co-admins or global moderators have the permissions to deal with issues, then hotfoot it onto holiday. You will never be able to get your community out of your head, it isnt possible. If you take a week out, you will still be thinking about it, but you will come back with a bunch of new ideas and a fresh look.

If you're having feelings of quitting it's probably best you do. Don't force yourself into something you're not interested in anymore.

I am looking for mods. PM me if you are interested.

Thanks for the great advice Ryan and everyone else!

I'm going to agree with the majority of people here and say, take some time off.

I'm sort of in the same boat myself, and to help deal with this, I've worked to try and divy up the power a bit between my trusted staff members. This way, when I am gone, problems can still be solved, and they are not always relying on me. I'll be working more then full time this year, and next year starting a very heavy workload college course. I know I won't have the time, and I've explained this to the community. They understand, and are aware of what will be going on when I won't be around as much
