| Wantin to merge, planning :) Im wanting to revive my community (ForumChunkies) Ive been thinking of various ways, though my preferred way woud be to try merging one or two small, possibly failing / almost dead communities into my own. Do you think anyone would do this? and at what cost. (free preferably  )

Join Date: Dec 2005 Posts: 15 | Well i guess if its failing and the owner doesn't want out, the price would depend on who's merging where. IE are you going to merge into his site, or vise versa. I'd be interested if i had my community started, but i'd only do it for free if you merged into my community. That might give you a idea of how to get it free.

| My forum was 3month old on August 31st. relatively knew, but its activity has fallen, and i think an infusion would help.

You need to get past the 12 months stage first and that sometimes is the hardest period for any forum. Merging is not neccessarily your answer - it could just mean the negative bits x 2!

| I personally think ive done well, ive known a few forums come & go in less than 3 month Unfortunatly i dont get much traffic
