I just thanked her for the few posts she had made on an empty forum, and I got a sweet response. Since then the member is quite regular even when its just a 4 member community inclduing myself   | ||||

| hmm customizing pm's for a lot of members could be very timely! Its a great idea, but i think if i were to do it, id probably send an email (via vBulletin) because there are shorcuts to personalise the message such as "Dear $username" etc But yeah definetly a great idea! nice work CK JoRd

| Like the others have said, this is a great idea. Sending out customized thank you PMs to members who have contributed a lot to the forums is good. If I were on the receiving end, I would probably increase my activity in the forums because I would know that the administrator genuinely cares about me and my support. | ||||
