Services You'd Like to See

At this time, I'd like to take a few moments and ask everyone here at AdminFusion that administrates their own community a question:

What type of services would you like to see offered to you and your community?

If you're unsure as to what I am asking specifically, an example of a service offered to community administrators is the widely discussed paid posting services. Please note, this is only an example to get everyone on the right track, I am not looking for comments on paid posting as I know almost everyone has either a good or bad take on the service.

While the question is quite broad and could span to just about anything, I am asking you to let your imagination run free. All I ask is that you keep it realistic , so that means a modification that will allow you to power your espresso machine from your community is out of the question .

With that, let's hear it !

Thanks for getting things started, Harlzard!

Those suggestions are a great starting point, though I'm looking to take things a bit deeper .

Think about your community as a whole and a service that would be invaluable and something you would use on a daily or weekly basis.

hmmm, a service i could use on a regular basis... well there's coding, graphics design & paid posting. Article/Review writers or submitters, Exclusive skin designers (for a gfx site/forum) there are heaps of services, if i put a deep thought into i could come up with a lot more.
I'll take a break, let others chuck in there ideas and i will come back with more!

So your talking about some sort of subscription service? I think that a moderation service could come in useful for some admins. Article writing and blog posting, for those forums with a blog. Targeted traffic, if you have the means to pull this off, maybe a link exchange or banner exchange program. Directory submission service is always a handy one to offer. You could offer paid reviews, where you go into a forum and pick it's inner workings apart, and rate the strength of the admin, staff, and the community as a whole. Rate the layout and look and feel of the forum. Rate the atmosphere of the community, that sort of thing.

A setp in the direction I was looking for .

On the topic of directory submission, it has it's flaws. Given the service was unique and offered more than simple submission, it would be a great idea and one that could be put to good use.

As for community ratings and such, that is one idea I didn't think of and it does seem like a rather good one at that. There would need to be some sort of criteria and group of dedicated members to pull it off, though it could be done.

Keep them coming . They don't specifically have to be a paid service or specifically a free service; feel free to mix them up as you wish. As in the OP, let your imagination run wild!
