Ok, i've got 2 forums, and i just don't have enough time to run one of them (the Club Vajayjay one), what's the best way to deal with it? Try and get some staff to help? Just close it? Sell it? (is it worth anything LOL)

Well you could hire some staff, but only do that if you really want to keep the forum. They will moderate the forum you and deal with all the little problems. But you must be there at some point to correct any big problems so it's no good completely deserting it.

If you sell it then it does take a great weight of you but you will have to be sure you want to sell it. Plus do some research on how much you are likely to get for it!

And try to keep in mind that most websites advertising potential far out weighs it's selling potential. That's not to say that you can't sell it for more than you could make selling ads, but in the long run, it's most likely for a majority of sites.

Sorry to hear about this. But I do understand you. I am already burnt up like a candle and cannot find a way to work on the 9 forums i have. This means they all have to suffer from some small inactivity of mine from time to time, because it's a killer.

I agree that you can sell it for a nice sum, or just close it and direct the people to another forum. You could arrange a merge or something and maybe have a mod status on the forum you merge with (even if you're not gonna be that active and involved). It would be less painful for the girls I assume.

If you're interested we could try something since both our forums CV and WOF are on phpBB ...

I have to congratulate you for the nice work you have done on it and on mymmybrain. Seeing such nice forums makes me realise once again that good admins are still to be found

As an update: clubvajayjay and womenonlyforums merged today. I spent a serious amount of time trying to make the 2 databases compatible (since we're both avid modders), but it's being solved. Phew ...
