| Very nice!! Looks like you took the time and planned ahead. I impressed, just remember if it doesn't go well, just revisit your business plan. They are not written in stone. I look at my business plan of my company every 3-6 months. Good Luck to you! | ||||

He thinks it shows promise, however he wanted more details on the money side of the forum to make sure I can get a good return on investment. I've updated the plan, showing more emphasis on the revenue of the forum. I plan to show him after a few more revisions. This will be my first forum, and my first real attempt at an online 'business'. I hope I am successful, and I would love to here more opinions. | ||||

Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 13 | Yup, approval from my dad. Man, he teared UP my business plan asking questions left and right. However I'm glad he did because he reminded me of a few things I left out. I'm fairly confident I'll be successful, I just need to execute the plan and not be lazy  | ||||

You hit all of the major points and you have numerical figures to go along with it...Heck, I've never done anything this extensive. Best of luck with your forums and keep us updated on the progress...Stick to the plan!

At first I was having doubts about myself, but after that I think I have a shot at building a successful forum.
