My forum is the same way. So the mods have asked that we keep our joke up through Monday. Basically, we're just changing all the mod/admin user names, avatars, post counts, locations and signatures so that no one will be able to tell who is who. We're thinking of adding on a silly, donation-only, sort of rule. Lame, but hey, last year we didn't do anything.

I'm also toying with switching the page from left to right to right to left or maybe censoring out a vowel or two.

That's really funny...Invisiabla Spectacala ...I would have put the "APRIL FOOL" lower down on the page though...The way I read it was read the initial few sentences, look at the pictures, and scroll all the way down...I immediately saw april fools ...Either move it down to the bottom or don't make the text stand out as much.
