Well, to be honest, I think you have a great idea going for you, but I have no idea how to get there. The easiest way to start would be to send a simple letter, but from there, it's all luck.

I know most likely you are looking for additional traffic to your community/website, however, I believe you will find it rather hard to accomplish this through such a large name. I won't say it is impossible, however, I do not think it will be easy, given they really don't advertise on their website and the only true credits given are to those that actually work on the applications they sell/provide. Maybe a detailed description of you plan of attack may be best.

I think I may have explained my half assed idea a little to ambitiously. I'm not shooting to be the official Adobe community, but to be a sort of "Adobe approved" kind of site. With further research on their site and their policies though, it seems Adobe doesn't bother doing this sort of thing with anyone. I can understand, I mean, there's so many graphics sites out there. I think my best bet would be to first enroll into their affiliate program, and see if anything develops from there - http://www.adobe.com/buy/affiliates/ I had an idea the other day to add a store to our site, where users can purchase photoshop legally through adobe (which is what the affiliate program allows) Then we can also use that part of the site for eventual merch. I'm liking this plan a lot more. It's much more achievable
