As a strong content site, will people still want to return though if they don't really have a "connection" to the visitors as you would if you had a forum? Thoughts please. | ||||

Some have polls or sections where you can submit information which later is posted on the site. Forums are more immediate but still, that isn't required to make a site successful.

| Title: Rookie Join Date: Feb 2006 Posts: 23 ![]() | With my Dutch site I started off without a forum and as an incentive used pictures for members to register, it worked, so a forum is not a neccesity. If you like the interaction go for a forum.

I think if you run a site and a forum, the site should be a higher priority than the forum.
