Project planning for bigger sites.

Hey,

My forum is starting to get big And I need to plan and organize things better. I want to hear how you communicate with other Admins, make tasks, keep tracks, documentations on stuff etc.

I am also looking for a good software for this, a project plan tool so if anyone has a recomendation please advice me.
I want tasks, documentcontrol, static sites for info..

What kind of tasks are we talking about?

I would think that a simple private staff forum would be sufficient for 99% of forums...You can have a separate section for important "documents" or "tutorials"...You can sticky important stuff...You can track projects in sub-forums, etc.

The solution is probably just to set up a private forum or a series of private forums...That is, unless you have some special needs that you haven't mentioned
