You may have seen in my other thread about the domain that I'm working on an Apple Inc. forum.

I've fallen in love with this forum already and I think that with some hard work and maybe even a site, it has a lot of potential.

Although some of you have said I had way too many subforums (this happens with every forum I make... I don't get it), I only had a few, but cut down on them anyway. I think the subforums in the hardware forum is needed, but I got rid of the ones in the software section. I also think the two in iLounge are as well, but I could get rid of the debate forum for now, too.

However, one this forum gets cookin, I do plan to add more forums as needed to keep and organized community.

Right now it's on MyBB as just a sample forum, but I definitely want to use vB 3.7 (or maybe just 3.6) very soon. (I used the vB skin for MyBB because I would otherwise not be able to use MyBB )

I think I did a good job covering everything for now, but I'd still like some opinions and ideas.

There's really not much to say...What are you looking for that you haven't already asked about here?

The forums themselves, really nothing special - default MyBB installation with a skin that looks like stock vB (which to me, is not necessarily a good thing)

You, like many others, completely missed the fact that that is not a real forum, but just a sample forum I used to create the layout with, temporarily on MyBB until it goes to vBulletin. The vB skin ripoff, which I didn't make, is only there because I really don't like MyBB

So the point is, that forum was just me using MyBB to create the layout before it went vB. The first thread was about picking a domain. This one is planning and brainstorming.

Hm, I don't know, I guess you did stump me. I just figured since others make threads here about future/new forums I would to. But really, I don't know what advice I need, as I got the layout I want, and until it's on vB with a real skin/mods and all, there isn't really much more to say, hehe
