Would you add a forum to your blog?

Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 26 Location: Manchester, England  | Would you add a forum to your blog? Wordpress now list four different basic forum plugins for wordpress blogs. I have a blog (about domain names) and adding a forum might allow me to provide more space to discuss some of the issues covered in my blog posts. On the other hand, because its 'my blog' people may feel reluctant become commited members they way they would on a proper forum. Anyone here running successful forums on their blogs?  | ||||

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 1,636   | I don't see why it would be a bad idea, as long as the plugins you use are either free or cheap I say go for. If worst comes to worse you could always delete it or let it stay there dead.

| If you were able to integrate the forums and the blog that would be a great way to get things moving. Doing so would allow your members to post and comment on your blog at the same time.
