![]() | Forum Niche Hey everyone, I have read about the importance of creating a specific niche for a forum to ensure continual interest and traffic. In your opinion, would you think a forum related to a particular state would be out of the question? Sub-forums could include various topics of interest pertaining to the state. What are your thoughts? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I guess it depends upon the size of the state. A forum for Delaware, which is about the size of my backyard would be different to a forum about Texas, which is about as big as Texas. If it's a larger state then maybe a smaller region would be better in terms of focusing on a niche.

![]() | AzH: hahah very nice. ![]() Caddyman: yes, i did a search, and did not find anything. the only other site that had to do with texas and a forum was more about politics and was directly associated with a texas non-profit organization. there are a few very specific texas niche forums (fishing, hunting etc..), nothing general. |
