| Definitely too many. I think a good starting number of forums is 8-10 and you can even go less than this. Its better to combine forums because it makes your forum in general look more active when you have a few forums with hundreds of posts each than a bunch of forums where the posts are really spread out. For example you could combine the site news forum with the feedback forum and perhaps even all the voiceover forums.
