uncopyrighted images, where i can get?

My board is based on style and fashion and in that there is one more forum which is for gadgets and gizmos discussion, i saw many sites which are based on gizmos and technology chat and they used photographs of mobile phones and other devices but i dont know where i can get non-copyrighted photos of mobiles etc.
Can anyone help me or give me an idea that how to make my that forum more active because i think without photo sharing it wont be so interesting as it should be.

best bet is to check out the manufacturers website, read their copyright notice and see what it says, if thats no good you could contact the image owners asking for permission to use images from their website on yours as long as you backlink to their site or something.

Thats what iv done many times and it seems to work quite nicely.

thats from nokias website and basically as long as you dont use their images to make money you can use them freely.

lol i for one know that copyright information and legalities are confusing lol just simple read the small print everywhere and you cant go wrong

Best option is to look at their press releases, they usually contains images which you can post on your site. In case you can’t find one, email them.
